When you fill out our quote request form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and information about your project (property type, service needed, timing, and your description). We don't ask for payment details or any sensitive personal information through the website.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose only: to respond to your quote request and communicate with you about your painting project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept in our email records for as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records — typically up to two years — after which they're deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
